Viktor is the most intriguing character in the whole movie. Loved him in the prequel too.

@lawrencejohnson743 actually, an actor named Bill Nighy who played Viktor is not the same man who played the ancient vampire who turned Vlad in the Luke Evans movie. That actor was actually Charles Dance. BUT, Charles Dance was in I think two of the Underworld films, as another vampire elder. Can't recall the character's name, but he was the father of David who became close to Selene after she lost Michael

I really enjoyed the prequel, but Viktor seemed quite nerfed in it compared to here. He was supposed to be the strongest of all vampires, but his daughter bested him in a straight fight.

Overall, her career has been overshadowed by her stunning beauty. But Beckinsale's performances are pretty awesome in nearly every film she's been cast in. But she definitely reminds me of gals like Portman, Knightley, Jovavich, etc.; they're all amazing ladies! :)

Selene is the Best!

Apart from his bigotry towards Lycans, Viktor really was a responsible leader. (We only have Kraven's word that Viktor broke the law against feeding on humans).

The look on Victor's face was how did this happen at the end of the video.

Victor was right in most of his actions - the symbiotic breed between Lycans and Vampires would dominate everyone and everything - annihilating vampires, lycans, and humans like flies. Even Michael fresh born as a new breed almost defeated Victor - who is an fckn Elder..

great movie.....if the character michael learned to fight with his new powers the fight between michael and victor would have been way better..

They need to make a new Underworld movie with modern FX.

Hard to believe that Selene dated comedian Pete Davidson for a few months back in 2019. She is way above his league even though he is about 20 years younger.

Yeah. Her character Selene was 620 years old when she fell in love with Michael Corvin. Who was 28 years old at the time. He fell in love with her and they did their thing. 😉.

Omg it's a movie guys. The idea is that the slash was so fast and precise it took a while for it to register. This is usually done in shows and movies to make cool, badass moments.

05:16 How victor could stand up and do other movements? His brain is cut of from his spine and cannot send commands anymore to his body. That cannot work.

they literally have regeneration, silver just breaks that. He was an elder so it still worked for a while, but not enough to save him.

He can’t and seeing as vampires are able to permanently die even from a neck snap in this universe. I wish they could at least stay alive after a neck snap but they arent made by magic and instead by a virus so it kind of makes sense

How in the world a hybrid like michael went toe to toe with 2 elders, killed william the 1st and most powerful lycan get taken down from a low budget lucian wannabe. Michael got screwed severely.

@@iamisiam818 VALID, if you ask me I'd say she got screwed far worse, she only was acknowledged by name and title and only got cameos, Marcus and Viktor got their story which is unfair to her, and if they think bloodwars was to make up for Amelia they're sadly mistaken, there needs to be an underworld movie for Amelia's story and perhaps show how selene got started as well.

To match an elder vampire speed and strength is impressive. Victor's head wasn't fully decapitated only half so he should be able to regenerate from it.
