Overdid it Juuust a little, girl.

This bossfight will truly be memorable for me. I died quite a few times, losing count, and got to phase 3 before I eventually rage quit. It was admittedly like 11 at night, I needed to get off anyway. But it was a rage quit nonetheless. I was extra peeved to find out I'd have to do phase 1 and 2 again, lol. Next day I accept that I will fail and almost don't even take it seriously. So sidetracked by the cutscenes my head isn't even in the game. But somewhere in that I realized that I understood her. I was angry with her, but completely understood her intentions. I couldn't even blame her, not really. I was just fighting to survive. I felt all those emotions course through me and battled. And as if I were a cartoon protagonist I clicked. Beat phase 2, 3 and 4 (not 1 though) without dying. I was starting to choke up at the end of the battle and when victory stood before me I was breaking down. I was begging Clover to go and hug Ceroba when the battle ended. And he did! What a good game. I pray it will be as memorable as the original in the years to come.

Undertale Yellow 1.0 and 1.1 hit so different💀 I completed the fight just today from 1st try on tablet. Maybe Zenith Martlet gonna burn my ass, cuz there is no way that even last boss on genocide will be so easy

Glad you also include the in game animations of the fight as well, that way I can see fox mom being badass during the song as well, one minor thing is I wish she still had the dialouge between the phase changes in the mothers love song part or at least the last part of the dialouge like the "You have NO right" part

@@thenyan3095 Only if you pick retry. If you leave then come back, you'll have to fight phase one again. Don't worry tho, it's a tough fight, but there's a massive room of improvement, especially if you use all the tools the game gives you (auto shoot/Clover Blast, endure and fighting during part 2, dashes...), the fight can get fairly trivial once you master it.

it saved my ass too because my laptop decided to start lagging insane amounts in the cutscene afterwards. it would eventually stop after about 5 minutes for most of it, but when i got to the white screen with everything the monsters had said to clover i had to close the game and restart my laptop to get it to work

i watched that phase 3 intro like 5 times because i suck at that first attack but man does that animation and song come together beautifully

⁠actually infernium has a sister mod that changes some of the bosses music. Exomechs for example have catastrophic fabrications play instead of inferior fabrications. I’d reccomend giving it a listen because some of this music is really good.
