In terms of the character personality being perfect, it's not, but it seems to be a decent start :) If you're gonna call it perfect, I do recommend exploring more canon undertake things and play the game thoroughly once or twice.

One complaint for that one video, Chara is not to blame for genocide! Chara's just a poor, messed up kid. I'm sorry, but Chara is not the villain, and the villain of UnderTale can either be depicted to be YOU or Frisk. If you do genocide twice, Chara appears and tells you that they are terribly *disgusted* with your actions and how you just kill for fun.
