I love how no matter what version of this you listen to, the bass drop and addition of depth when it transitions to Bonetrousle always hits so hard. Just like your sudden realization at that moment in the game that Papyrus isn't a joke.

In my opinion this is how the song was meant to feel. With it being just the boss theme it feels like it’s missing something at the beginning almost as if your told a story but the reader starts from where they left off when they red it. When it’s just Nyeh Heh Heh it feels like your talking to someone on the phone and they hang up mid sentence. Both fused together feels more complete and finished.

@@YuraSamusenko maybe because bass connects both melody and rythm as often (like in this) the bass and drums follow eachother pretty closely. You can sing the bass line while also getting the rythm at the same time!

this funky little tune makes me smile everytime I hear it. it has papyrus’ charm and it’s also very catchy and the little outro of the trailer version completes this in a way I cant describe. this is the ultimate papyrus theme song thank you for making this

I love how they kept the text gag in the japanese version. Sans font has this very rounded style, while Papyrus text is printed in an old fashioned font that displays vertically from right to left.

Papyrus has the most control of their powers out of any monster (besides sans maybe). Even toriel can kill you! Papyrus is the only monster who cannot kill u at all.

I honestly cannot stress how much of a banger Bonetrousle is if you put nyeh heh heh before it Really shows how buildups are important

God I was driving with an undertale playlist on and I did NOT expect that trailer version part. Gave me a heartattack and genocide flashbacks

So toby fox had to literally enjoy making this

The best way to listen to Bonetrousle.
