It starts with Napstablook's theme, which is then remixed into Mad dummy's theme, remixed into Spider Dance (Muffet's theme), remixed to Mad Mew Mew, and was later remixed by Gooseworx, so a quadruple remix of one theme

For those who don't know how the switch soul works. The blue joy con controls the blue half. The red joy con controls the red half. You can move them individually. When not being moved, it goes to the center.

@@MariOmor1 lots of people think sans used to work with gaster at the true lab so if sans worked there it explains why he would know alphys he probally quit a couple days after she started working it maybe worked with her for a little while which is why paps says he seen sans with the same bag of dog food and other reasons so if mad dummy possesed alphys doll then they probally did research on where the other workers lived so they could hide

I think they just identify themselves based on their bodies. Which... is what most humans do, given most of us do identify as what sex our bodies are. For example, I'd identify as female if I was female, and male if male. It just makes sense to go with the flow. Ghosts likely do the same.

Fun Fact: In the Switch Version of the Game, Where Mad Mew Mew exists, Mad Mew Mew actually has a lower Hp than sans, with her HP being 0.1. There was no .1 Sprite in the game, so it just shows you did more damage. Her defense strangely doesn't exist. (In the Games Files I mean)

May be just a technical detail, or maybe it's a subtle reference to Mettaton. Since Mad Mew Mew is a ghost in animatronic, she's quite similar to Mettaton actualy. And just like Mettaton Neo, I don't think that live-sized figurine of anime catgirl includes armour suitable for fight

As someone playing the game after only seeing walkthroughs, this was a complete surprise to me. Turned out to be one of my favorite battles!

Well, i just went to check, and it's pretty much confirmed that that is indeed the Mad Dummy. If you complete this fight, Mad Mew Mew will take Mad Dummy's place in the true pacifist ending credits Edit: Holy crap, i was not expecting this amount of likes XD

Humans are made of mostly water. Monsters are made of mostly magic. Thus, humans are stronger than monsters. But Mad Mew Mew is made of mostly anime. This makes her more powerful than humans. She may be the most powerful being in the universe.

It's a girl's room.(most probably, I wouldn't judge a boy for having a room like that one) It has multiple diaries, saying how Alphys was going to make her a body that she would like. That probably wasn't the body, but she still took it. That means that this isn't mad dummy. Also, this ghost is most probably related to Mettaton and/or Napstablook. Edit: There have been many people saying "oh it's MTT don't you know?" and yes I know. I was told a lot about that since I made this comment.

Its not spider dance, not technically. Its actually a remix of all themes of ghost related characters (mad dummy, nabstablook, possibly mettaton not sure). Spider dance is just similar to nabstablooks theme.

This fight was absolutely PERFECT for the Switch version of Undertale! Splitting your SOUL in half, each side representing a joystick on the controller (blue being left and red being right and being invulnerable while the colored attacks were being thrown at the correct half) was a really good gimmick Toby implemented! Just One Boss has a similar gimmick, but both halves of the player can take damage if either are hit with an attack. More video games should implement this kind of gimmick to encourage multitasking, keeping both players (or both halves of the player) alive through pure skill.

This character continues to be a low-key reference Dio from Jojo's Bizzare Adventure. This, specifically, is a reference to Dio fusing with Jonathan's body in part 3. I think. Also one of her expressions is definitely a reference to the "It was me, Dio!" meme.

You know, I was gonna make some dumb joke that only 8 year olds would find humorous like "Oh guess Alphys is gay with this anime girl body pillow" until I realized She literally is. Edit: why does this have any likes?

@danger mushroom It's stated by Mettaton during the Quiz, causing her to blush uncontrollably, just like the other "correct" answers. Bratty and Catty also have a conversation option that basically revolves around it. During the end of a Pacifist run, Alphys tells Asgore that he should "stop going after furry boss monsters and, uh... J-just get to know a really cute fish...?" That implies that she did like Asgore but moved on at some point, presumably after her date. While it seemed to be nothing more than a crush, it's still canon.

Imagine getting attacked by a life size anime plushie/statue because you scratched it's ears.

@Ghist This isn't actually a new character; aside from us now finally knowing what Mew Mew Kissie Cutie looked like, apparently, the Mad Dummy took a liking to one of Alphys' dolls and decided to inhibit it instead of his older body. Yup, this is the Mad Dummy, alright, if their behaviors, and their mention of being Undyne's training dummy didn't clue you in. It would thus, make sense for their battle theme to be an arrangement of "DUMMIES!!!", seeing as though it's the exact same character. Well, at least he elaborates as to why he's only able to fuse with his original body within the genocide route, rather than anywhere else; his emotions need to be pure enough. That's apparently the trigger to allow for a merge. Also revealed the reason as to why they were willing to be Undyne's training dummy: they had a crush, apparently.

Just did this an hour ago, the fight was so fun!! If you have the game on Switch go do this fight!

That's a smart idea from Toby to add a special boss for a specific platform
