Holy sh*t I remember listening to this several years ago, and it still sounds good now.

Body, right eye, and model belongs to Frisk. Hair belongs to Frisk, and possibly Chara. Scarf, cape, and gloves belong to Papyrus. Left glowing eye and the slippers belong to Sans. Pauldrons belong to Mettaton. Trident belongs to Asgore. Spear belongs to Undyne. White sleeves are part of Alphys' lab coat, therefore belonging to Alphys. Teacup belongs to Muffet. The dead flower and location belongs to Flowey. The robe belongs to Toriel and Asriel. The glowing aura and wristbands symbolize Asriel, the god of hyperdeath. White tears on the ground belong to Napstablook and Mad Dummy. The yellow bow could be the faded ribbon, or it could belong to Monster Kid.

Temmie/Bob EX Nope, Asriel doesn't wear a tunic (except in his boss fight) which we don't even know is purple. he's a prince, and purple, especially in medeival (spelling?) was reserved for kings and queens alone since it was such a rarity (and occasionally extremely high-ranking knights), but almost never for a prince.
