Respected sir Nice video sir , iam from Tamilnadu. What you taught about ishta Devata is perfectly right sir , but ruling deities differ sir in my state . Here in Tamilnadu , astrologers say these as ruling deities for each planet sir, given as below Sun :- lord shiva Moon :- goddess Parvati Mercury :- lord maha vishnu Mars :- lord skanda (aka) Kartikeya Venus :- Goddess lakshmi Jupiter:- lord shiva ( since lord dakshinamoorthy is a form of lord shiva ) Saturn :- lord hanuman Rahu :- lord kali Ketu :- lord ganesha Please guide sir 🙏 Thank you sir

IN Navansha D9 : 12th bhava from karkamsa has two planets ; Ke and Me...in Tula rashi ; ...aspected by Ra and Chandra...in Mesha Rashi. So, Please...My Ishta is Shri Ganesha or Shree Lakshmi ??

Hi sir, My Atmakaraka is Sun who is placed in 12th house in Navamsha kundali. Now 12th house of Karakamsha ie 11 th house in my kundali it is written Ascendant which is Cancer. There are no planets in 11th house. Should I consider Moon or Saturn ( lord of 11th house) for determining ishtadevata. Please help me with this doubt.

Lord Vishnu is your Ishta Devta, because of the sign of Mithun in 12th.

According to my Navamsha kundli , ketu is the planet which is placed in the house 12th from my atmakaraka. SO that means my ishta devata is Lord Ganesha. But to be honest i never felt affinity towards lord ganesha . I naturally pray to Swami and Hanuman but I also do prayers for Lord ganesha . Does it mean that praying to swami and Hanuman would not helpful to me? Do i have to pray to my Ishta devata according to my kundli? Maybe I am not looking at my chart properly

No ,not necessary ,by praying to ishta devta results manifest faster ,that is the only point,you can pray to any deity ,so if you were praying to Hanuman continue that

Ishta dev shud not be defined by horoscope. Also to mention for karyasiddhi nak devta should be seen.

I think its NC Lahiri. I don't know about others, but I applied this rule to my own kundli using NC Lahiri ayanamsa.

When you say I am aquarius ,it could mean that your janma lagna or ascendant is aquarius.However see where the moon is placed at birth,if at birth moon is in Pisces or meen between 16°40" to 30° ,then only your janma nakshatra is revati.Janma nakshatra depends on position of moon at birth . Ascendant and moon are 2 different things

Shani is the greatest devotee of Krishna,Shani is the only planet who conquered Maya through penance and attained narayana .Shani is indebted to Hanuman for saving him from ravan's prison , praying to either of these deities reduces saturn's malefic effects

See the 12th house from where your ascendant Lord Shani is placed in navamsha.If there is a planet in that house,the deity representing that planet will be your ishta devta, if there is no planet there,but a planet aspects that house ,the deity of that planet becomes your ishta devta.If there is no planet there nor any planet aspects that house,the Lord of that house becomes your ishta devta
