Well . . . for fish, I guess you could say that it is. But, air isn't a specific thing. It has many constituents that are in very specific percentages. There are many "air" types that would kill or poison us, as well.

Well…. Oxygen is very much a toxin. It’s oxidation that this killing is slowly but we also need it to survive. As someone with CAH, sodium is precious to my survival regardless of its variety.

If we inject room air directly into the blood it kills us too. If we inject fresh water into the lungs (enough of it) it kills us too. Pretty much anything being put in the wrong context or too much is bad.

Are we talking about sea salt or table salt? Both were mentioned, it wasn't clear.

A person could die even if you inject pure water. It's all about the concentration. Hence the imbalances.

I threw out my salt and ordered Celtic. I truly believe Dr Barbara is one of the most important educators of our time

I only use whole sea salt. Is it better?

Ma'am, if you inject air into the bloodstream, you'd die too. That doesn't mean anything

This is so silly, Himalayan salt is still over 99% sodium chloride, and the amounts of extra minerals found there are way too small to make a difference on daily intake

Gray salt (celtic) is the only type of salt that I have had notably positive effects with and not negatives. Table, kosher, sea just don't work for my body. Himalayan was a bit better than those, but not a ton and it's really hard to find one that is actually a quality product.

Is she talking about true sea salt? Or refined salt??? Cos I thought real sea salt is good... and refined salt is bad.
