If you didn't know, animal agriculture contributes to more greenhouse gas emissions than the ENTIRE transportation industry of the world combined. So by eating plant based foods instead, you first of all stop supporting animal abuse and secondly help reduce climate change significantly as well, as the vegan diet is the best thing an individual can do for the climate.

*The Pleistocene Epoch is typically defined as the time period that began about 2.6 million years ago and lasted until about 11,700 years ago. The most recent Ice Age occurred then, as glaciers covered huge parts of the planet Earth. Far easier to cope with **_natural 'warming'_** than an oncoming Ice Age, which would render growing crops to feed impossible to feed the rapidly expanding population.*

BTW I've done my research, which is why I use scientific reasoning, and the evidence is clear : Noah's flood is a myth. All the "evidence" that supposedly support the Flood story has been refuted many times already and explained by natural, mostly geological, phenomena that we can observe even today. Use less plastics (to prevent more microplastics and plastic patches in the ocean), eat bio products as they are made by better means for the environmen, don’t eat processed meat , it’s full of bad chemicals anyway but also meat has a very large carbon footprint. Improve your knowledge to know more. I am preparing myself for what’s to come, because the golden age is over. Mass climate migration, overpopulation, food shortages, fresh clean water shortage, epidemics and diseases, climate disasters (heat/drought, storms, snow, earthquakes, tsunamis). They , or we do not know conditions from one year to the next, all kinds of negative events could come along, for example COVID came along and has had some effect, yet there are very plausible greater events even man made like a War. And people like Dr. William Happer (Princeton), Dr. Freeman Dyson (Pro. emeritus from Princeton), Dr. Patrick Moore (co-founder of Greenpeace who left them as he saw, what people really had in mind), Dr. Michael Schnell, Dr. Sebastian Lüning, and so on they are all very highly qualified people. Especially Dr. Dyson said one sentence that is great. He was asked, why he says something against a climate change crisis and repsonded: "Because I don't have to try to keep my job anymore!". Also Dr. Nils-Axel Mörner is great, he was even the guy who was running the IPCC section for sea-level-changes, and as many former IPCC members he says that the IPCC is saying wrong things. The IPCC is no scientific community but a political institution - and if you are not on board with what they say what is narrative you are out. One factor not being addressed is that "Fossil fuels" ARE NOT "Fossil" in nature, but come from the mantle of the earth. The Term "Fossil fuel" was a marketed branding applied to create a perception of scarcity in order to manipulate its value. Included though is the understanding of the laws of thermodynamics, which show unequivocally that the exchange of one type for another still is not a net gain. The fact is "you can't get something for nothing!", there is a net cost and loss. To compensate is really only done by reducing the need for energy. This means those that live and have expectations of exotic lifestyles, that are actually selfish arrogant exploitation at the expense of others.

Interesting that people who eat mainly meat don’t rely on these crops but the industry that produces grain based foods that go into highly packaged long shelf life foods (breakfast cereals, popcorn, foods that create fatty liver and fatty pancreas) is part of the carbon problem. Maybe agricultural livestock farming is a great idea in the next 3-10 years. Let the animals roam, poop, plant trees where the poop has been laying and restore paddocks into bushland. I just don't understand why this IPCC guy is obsessed with CO2. So the planet has warmed a little since 1880 (0.8%K), most of that is down to the spread of agriculture land into forests and the spread of suburban concrete into agriculture land not to mention the additional 4 billion people and the associated domestic animals required to feed them. It is unlikely that any of this warming is down to a stronger greenhouse effect, but if any of it is, the proportion of the greenhouse effect caused by CO2 is so small that it can be safely ignored. What causes the greenhouse effect? During the day, it is all caused by the ozone layer and clouds. During the night, most of it is caused by clouds. Not only is the heat reflectivness of clouds stronger than that of CO2 and other greenhouse gasses, but the cloud cover is really substantial. Google "Earth from Space" and see how much cloud cover there is. Most days it's between 20 and 40%. Now compare that with CO2 cover at 0.04%. Yes folks that is one twenty fifth of one percent. This guy seems to think that this minuscule amount of CO2 is responsible for the entire 0.8%K rise in temperature. What does he have between his ears?

🆘 (CNN) April 2, 2022 In Antarctica the last six months were the coldest on record. "For the polar darkness period, from April through September, the average temperature was -60.9 degrees Celsius (-77.6 degrees Fahrenheit), a record for those months," the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) said. The last six months is also the darkest period at the South Pole, which is where the name polar darkness (also called polar night)comes from. Here, the sun sets for the last time around the spring equinox, and does not rise again until near the autumn equinox six months later. For the entire Antarctic continent, the winter of 2021 was the second-coldest on record, with the "temperature for June, July, and August 3.4 degrees Celsius (6.1 degrees Fahrenheit) lower than the 1981 to 2010 average at -62.9 degrees Celsius (-81.2 degrees Fahrenheit)," according to a new report from the NSIDC. So much for liberal democrats like Al Gore, John Kerry, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, AOC all preaching the Global warning nonsense and we all need to buy $50,000 dollar electric cars and install over priced solar on our homes.

When will the scientific world stop exaggerating the carbon footprint effect on climate change and tell the public the truth about Nibiru. "Carbon tax" is all very well for raising funds to use on cleaning the atmosphere but, we, the people should no longer be kept in the dark about the space watch by the new telescopes positioned way down in the southern hemisphere, and the very important Pole change that has been going on for a long while.

From NOAA/NASA 12/11/2019: “Solar Cycle 25 may have a slow start, but is anticipated to peak with solar maximum occurring between 2023 and 2026, and a sunspot range of 95 to 130. This is well below the average number of sunspots,” the panel said last spring, adding with “high confidence” that Cycle 25 “should break the trend of weakening solar activity seen over the past four cycles.” The panel said the expectation that Cycle 25 would be comparable in size to Cycle 24 suggests that the steady decline in solar cycle amplitude seen from Cycle 21 through Cycle 24 has ended and that there is no indication of an approaching “Maunder-type” minimum. Cycle 24 peaked in April 2014 with an average sunspot number of 82. Does everyone understand how screwed we are? This means cycle 25 will be about 70-80% the intensity of cycle 24 and cycle 26 will be non-existent. We are now guaranteed at least a Dalton Minimum level solar retreat and probably much worse. You see Mother Nature (or whatever you call her) hates NOAA/NASA, so whatever predictions they make "SHE" makes sure they are wrong. I do not know what NOAA/NASA did to piss her off but I sure hope they start predicting a Super Grand Solar Minimum.

If everything goes to shit we always have nuclear which can run regardless of weather conditions even if there is the waste issue which still needs to be figured out (Fusion power has entered the chat).

Yesterday I was in Times Square, NYC. I came to explore, and when I was outside, I've seen trash everywhere. It broke my heart. You know, sometimes I wish people were different. Sure, they have made major changes to the world like involving advanced technology in which my family hankers with, but that's not the problem. The problem is, we're losing ourselves. It must hurt for other people as well, because every time I hear the alarm, I have to restart the same thing I see every other day. Climate Change. I have to live my life every day knowing most of the people don't care about future life forms or our extinction. But the thing you people are gonna have to answer one day is why... Why you have been doing the same thing, affecting other people, other things, in the process of ruining yourself. So let me ask you people, a question, stop sitting there in your corner, thinking about the next place you want to go to, despite the fact you will repeat the same habit over and over again. This is a sin. A sin unforgivable, harming others, harming things, and not caring about anything else in the future, simply because you can't have the deceive to throw trash in a garbage can.

I keep looking for the science to support dangerous climate change caused by our CO2 emissions. I thought from the title I would find some answers here but no, it was just the usual cherry picked examples showing how the climate was warming. Not one proof that it is human caused and not natural. The warming had started way before the CO2 level had increased enough to have an effect. Proxy and archeological evidence show that we have had warming and cooling in the past with the same rate of change as now. and that the maximum warming has been decreasing with each warming period. If it is a choice between warm and cold give me warm everytime.

@@duncansiror5033 I did not say the rate of change was constant only that the rate of change today is similar to that in the past and not as the scaremongers like to make out faster. Ian Primmer and the late Bob Carter are both geologists who give examples of past climate change in their talks, while Tony Heller shows more recent examples and also some very strong examples of how todays temperature data sets are being manipulated to suite a political narrative. With the wonders of the internet, the information is out there to be found for those who want to look and learn. Even the real science of how CO2 acts as a greenhouse gas and how on its own it can't cause CAGW. There seems to be a lot of as Lenin said "useful idiots " out there ready to accept the climate change dogma without challenge.

the step that should be taken to control rising seas and to cool the planet. the proposal is to have desalination plants spread offshore along the coasts. how far apart will depend on the measure of arctic ice melt and the capacity of the plants. the objective is to take water from the seas as fast as the artics melt. the plants are to be placed on floating platforms. the distance from the shoreline to be determined by environmental concerns over waste ejecting back into the sea. plants to be powered by solar and wind with excess power directed to the mainland. their construction will provide worldwide employment putting a giant dent in impoverishment. a third of our earth is desert. freshwater production will make them bloom. real food will be so abundant that starvation will be a thing of the past. farms will preserve the forest and mitigate carbon emissions. good example: freshwater farming will cool the sahara and northeast africa, bringing cooler air over the atlantic ocean mitigating hurricane seasons, and saving trillions in damage desalination extracts minerals that can be used for our benefit. the benefits seem endless. the main one being that all nations come together to fight our common enemy “global warming”
