I am not an expert but I follow similar strategy for SIP based on the analysis from last 20 years - Nifty (40%)+ Nifty Next50 (30%) + 2 Small Caps MF ( 15% each) --over the years it will provide consistent return..

Largely Same but I do sip in nifty 50 equal weight and do lumpsum in nifty 50 market weighted on fall of 10-15%
