Thanks from us old head OTA students. You simplified what the instructor seem complicated.
Excellent. I am a teacher who works with wonderful kiddos who have processing issues. Appreciate.

Thank you, I'm in 8th grade now. (Did year 0 twice). And my whole school life, the teachers were informed of my sensory integration, but never did anything to help me, I fall behind alot in tests, because I need to take breaks, and I'd get put outside the door alot when I was younger, because I was hyperactive.
this was a very helpful video for understanding SI.. great examples!
This is a great video describing and creating analogies for perceptions some of us have interacting with out environment. Thanks a million!
Ivan, I used to work with you at Rising Stars! My OT professor showed your video in class one day and it was fun to see a familiar face. Just thought you would want to know that you are apparently famous now! Nice video! Happy trails!
Really good and simple examples!👍
Great video. Thanks for doing what you are doing...
I was told I might have this. Makes sense since fireworks sound like bombs to me, touch startles me at times. Flurscent lighting zones me out. When all my senses are overloaded or at least 2 I shut down and just escape the situation. This is why I have a hard time at a job.

In these breaks you have, do you shift mood? And how long are these breaks? (You might have it alittle bit worse than a person with slight sensory integration.) Also, fireworks doesn't sound like bombs to me, but I do take more breaks, and do other sensory integration symptoms alot more. And are there anything OVERLY sensitive?
Very nice
2:30 Ouch, that pen squeak :P
