How is your swing? Can you repeat and make accurate shots? Let me know in the comments

I try to keep my swing inline with my head. I have late timing when I try fixing it I loose leverage. My problem starts when my swing gets to far from my body and I start forcing my swing. Before covid averaged 191 this year finished with 175 speed 14 mph 15 lb ball been working with swing trainer. I think trying to work the inside of the ball is when my problem began, if that makes sense? Very accurate usually hitting marks until swing messes up.

In the past, I struggled with my swing - often trying to emulate others instead of doing what came naturally to me and most importantly FOR me which led to those "two ohh scores" or below. Once I realized "the laws" related to the swing as you have mentioned, it was only then that my confidence level grew - and I really understood what felt good or not so good when delivering shots. At this point, I consider myself to be an above average bowler (not an expert of course), but I am honest with myself by knowing what my limitations, constantly working toward positive progression. Now, I am able to compete at a higher level and with greater confidence to hang with the best of them to post higher scores more frequently - and when needed! The greatest difference for me is now being able to ascertain almost immediately what is actually a bad shot and make the appropriate adjustments instantaneously. Lately, what has kept me in better timing is sliding my first step during pushaway as opposed to picking my foot up to begin. If it doesn't feel good that first step, more than likely "you're fighting through" the rest of your delivery to the moment of truth! I'd like to say that I'm pretty comfortable with repeating and making accurate shots - but there's always room for improvement... Sorry for the book, Brother! Keep educating the masses, Chris! Thanks! ~ Regi Hannah

The key is that you found what helps you. Keep that in your head and you can’t lose

My arm swing is good until my shot is gone, when that happens I struggle. The more stress to bowl better the worse it is, keep saying back to basics. I know if I settle down my arm swing will be free and in line by that time I blew a game trying to force my swing.

you gotta figure out what keeps your swing in time. for me its moving my ball with late on my right leg on my 3rd step (5 step approach) and keeping my first two steps normal and slow.
