Gotta tell you, Sir, I really appreciate your efforts here. No light praise. For some of us, running to KZread or some such in order to comprehend something imperative on the job is... existential. Folks like that really appreciate you. I attest.

Nice basic explanation, but you did not include the evolution of CORBA that preceded web services.

I think there's a further discussion on this matter and I think much of it has to do with the granurality and complexity you are exposing. So, I mean if you have a very good designed OOP system, is fairy possible to have CRUD pieces floating at Enterprise Level and they can be accessed by complex logic from implementation layer. So I could not consider your answer correct also. Let's see what is happening in next videos.

This is informative but at the last step of SOA introduction is not correct. SOA is nothing but exposing the your API's at enterprize level to reuse it is not to fix/Enance easily. For any changes like in your expample credit check again the changes has to any way go in the implementaion layer.

Good one, but at 7:50 you are telling about windows......at 80's we don't have windows 95 or 2000.

Excellent video, but JSPs don't run in a browser. They're server-side components
