This video is a look at Chapter 7 of Marx's Capital, The Labour-Process and the Process of Producing Surplus-Value. We'll start in this video with Section 1, examining Human's and Nature and their relationship to Labour. Some distinctions are made between Individual Consumption and Productive Consumption and we'll also briefly examine the immediate effects on Labour under the Capitalist mode of production and Marx's Theory of Alienation.
