There's one "alternative diagnosis" that was not mentioned in the video that I had: rectal polyps. These are tiny little sacs that grow on the walls of the colon, and if one should break open, it will cause a lot of bleeding. Bleeding from haemorrhoids (I have one of those, too, a degree 2) should not be more than a mL or two. If you see enough blood to turn the liquid in the toilet bowl red, definitely go to the ER immediately. This happened to me when I was in my late teens, and I was found to have I think it was 3 benign polyps, and one had burst open. They were simple enough to laser out, but whew, the amount of bleeding it caused was ridiculous.

I’m 69 years old and I developed hemorrhoids at age 23 when I was pushing to deliver my son ! Finally my baby was going into distress so a low forceps delivery was done ! For years after that I had itching and discomfort then suddenly they would bleed as I was walking on the streets shopping for groceries , or at work ! I was so embarrassed and I had to always wear pads so the bleeding would not show on my clothes ! It because so bad that many years later I had surgery and boy oh boy I was in horrible pain for 3 days if I had a bowel movement ! Thank you for this video ! Indeed I learned more than I knew about hemorrhoids ! Now I’m wondering if body builders go through this same shameful problem ? ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍😊😊😊

I started getting these over the past few years - usually one every 2-3 weeks. My weight got up pretty high during COVID and I wasn't physically active. Went to the doc and was diagnosed with very high blood pressure, obesity, and type 2 Diabetes. I've spent the last 2 years losing weight, eating better (more seeds, nuts especially) getting in shape, using medications to get my problems under control, and now it's very very rare to get one (and I still have quite a bit of weight to lose).

Eating more things I shouldn't like pizza, burgers, etc. Still eating more fruits and nuts though, so I think they help. Need to get back to a better diet, but so far they haven't returned even with the bad diet. Really seems to be the extra 25-30 lbs I was carrying around was causing them. I'm also excercising more, so I think that helps. Glad you are doing better as well.

Some tips to help manage them: 1)eat one banana and or rice meal a day(in addition to helping develop good bacteria to aid with digestion this also ensures the stool is softer&smoother and due to the added fiber it spends less time in the intestines and its expelled sooner 2)Kettlebell swings yeah i know it seems sus(exercising with weights is supposed to aggravate the condition not improve it) but this does help by stimulating stool movement trough the intestines, while it also improves the flexibility, strength and control over a lot of the muscles that assist in defecating and keeping a good posture while doing it. 3)Drink plenty of water(3 liters is a good starting point) and make a habit to drink 1-2 mugs of chamomile tea a day(this acts as a mild anti-inflamatorry for the entire body that has no side effect on your digestion(it actually helps it) 4)Wash the area after defecating or if you tend to sweat a lot trough out the day

A thing I've learned to prevent my haemmorrhoids from flaring up was to use some lube when I knew a bigger, more constipated poop is coming. Basically fingering myself, and if possible, even trying to break up the end of that poop, since that initial plug is what causes the biggest problems for me anyway. Also paying attention to what I'm eating is key.

I really need help, these haemorrhoids are killing me harshly. I’m a 31 (32 in October) male and I’ve had them since the beginning of this year. At first I thought maybe it’s just that minor discomfort and it will eventually go. Months went by experiencing them at least 3-4 times a week. I tried a certain medication it worked for 3weeks now they back with double excruciating pain. I’m currently relying on painkillers which works only for 5 hours. It’s really draining my courage and my greatest fear is whatever happening in there worsens. Any doc or someone who has gone through this please help a brother permanently get rid of them. Thanks, typing in tears😭

Martian Dan 0 seconds ago Can confirm, thrombous hemorrhoids are not a joke. I managed to hold out 5 days and then went to the hospital to get it drained. The pain was absolutely excruciating. The immediate relief was comparable to getting a massage and drinking water for the first time in 24hrs at the same time. Hemorrhoids run in the family on my dad's side apparently...thanks Dad lol. BTW, the doctor and surgeon said they have never seen as large of a hemorrhoid as what I grew. It ended up being the size of a pigeon egg.

For hemorrhoids do nothing. Apply turmeric to control inflammation and infection. I tried using Anusol ointment, with just one application it got worse and caused more of it by entering into the nearby skin. Then applied coconut oil that also did not help and increased swelling. Just apply turmeric and let it run its course. My doctor wrote a 55 dollars prescription ointment, that is total waste and just feeds pharmaceutical companies. Mine is Grave IV hemorrhoid. I found it is connected to stress levels, both physical and mental, and sedentary work life. When my 2nd COVID-19 shot it showed up and continuing even now after 1 year. Body simply responds for every stress into more on hemorrhoids. The more I sit the more it causes pain. But mine is a 8 hour office job so no scope. In Canada doctors are hopeless due to public government health care. There are many techniques mentioned in this video but doctors say they suspended all these surgical procedures due to COVID pandemic.
