Yes …It will work in sony alpha mirrorless camera also … All cameras have same settings.

Sir kya zoom lens or prime lens me compression distortion ka fark aata h.....Matlab ki agr 85mm f1.4 pe shoot krte h or 70-200 me 85 pe Jake shoot krte h to kya distortion me fark hoga?

Prime lens have better optical performance as compared to zoom lens but these days zoom lenses are also as good as prime lenses but all depends on a lens model and it’s construction
Sir, photos you are showing in this video are straight out of camera JPEG or RAW? And do you normally shoot RAW

In video you might use continuous autofocus if using autofocus while shooting videos or otherwise you can use manual focus for better cinematic look
