Thank you. But, we all know there are ONLY 3 Dimensions (XYZ = H x W x L). Basically, 3D and 4D are the same. Speed of the motor cannot be counted as a dimension. Guys, don't be misled. 4D is just a marketing term. You will see 5D, 6D, 7D,... chairs coming soon.

Yes you're correct. The difference between 2D and 3D is significant. 4D is not nearly as significant of an upgrade. Some manufacturers refuse to use the term 4D, even though their chairs perform the 4D benefit. To be clear, 4D means that the speed and rhythm of the massage movements vary (similar to how a human masseuse would move) instead of moving at a robotic pace. So the effect is that the massage feels more natural.
Aahh ok makes sense. So basically the rhythm and movement allow the term "4D" to be used. If you'd like to send me a free chair I will let you know on how different 3 and 4 d feels HAHAHAHA

"The Truth" 3D/4D no difference, this video says 4D allows the adjustment of speed, 2D, 3D, 4D they all have the ability to increase the back massage arm speed. Not Sure why they wont just come out and say its the same, oh wait, Sales!

The truth is a more complicated than that. Is there a difference between 3D and 4D? Yes, there is. That's why some brands of chairs make chairs that are 3D and then they also make 4D chairs. The timing of the movements of the 4D is more natural and humanlike because the rhythm of the strokes will vary. This is not exactly the same as increasing/decreasing the speed, but yes it is related. Some brands consider 3D and 4D close enough that they use only the term 3D and they do not use the term 4D at all. For example, Luraco is one of these brands.
