mam,, my son of 6 years old is developmental delay, he is macrocephalic,, although he is delayed on every motor skills,, done scan and m.r i of his head but fine, he is starting speaking now not fluently but he can understand us through his speaking way,, .he has sensory issues,, as some type of sound irritate him and sometimes he starts crying. I want to know if Developmental delays child can be called autistic?
