Appreciate the video, I learn something in every one of them 💪 People should give the customer some chill though, dude is trying to be friendly, sounds a bit nervous and sure he was a bit over the top as a result but I don't think he had any bad intentions with it All he did to earn this spite was to allow others to learn from his mistakes instead of asking pienixcs to keep it private, feels like most of you might as well go point fingers in a mirror🙃

24:06 at this moment it could have been the fact that the smoke went so deep he didnt see it, and thats why he was unconcously afraid they would peek there, Mixed in with his stance on him being the "ramp player" would prob make him focus there and not palace.

Actually in the first pistol round no one heard his step its just that the T planting saw him jumping and just stopped planting. On these lower ranks you need to take into consideration that some players cant hear shit for some reason so you can get away with some stuff on the other hand one T was shooting and the Planter was planting so probability of them hearing the ct guy was even lower.

Hey, Been teaching cs for a long time, not in any official capacity. The person closer to the corner of the peek is unable to see as early as the person further back, You can demonstrate this in real life to help them understand this. Put a finger in front of your eye, and pull it away from your eye, you can do this with another person and a paddle to demonstrate too, Might help them understand what is going on, this guy seemed pretty confused on why it was the case. its basic geometry and perspective. Might help save some time on that conversation in the future for you.

I think this guy need to shift less. An excercise i would try to make him do, is tell him to go dm servers and unbind shift. It can work on his counter strafing, peeking and work his confidence. It would be hard at first but, in the long run it would help him a lot.

kzread.info/dash/bejne/pWaW2duPn7S-ipM.html Should you just stay in one place and hold the angle instead? This is something I struggle with. Since... Donk is... A bit better player than I am, and I never see him just standing still holding angles. Is Donk playing "wrong" but makes it work, or is he just at different level and everyone below certain elo just should stay still? If you could elaborate a bit of this subject :E

Whatever works the best for you. Find your own play style. You can switch up between defensive and aggressive plays and check out what works the best for you. Or maybe a hybrid style.

@@1337kaas personally I've found a better success with moving as much as I can and never being "static" so to speak. But then again, pienix is better than I am and he always points out these as "mistakes". For example that link I gave, I would've jiggled the angle aswell, because I feel like if T's push from ramp, they are instantly watching that specific spot -> If I jiggle with 1 sec interval, I might catch a timing where the T's that are pushing might be looking at elsewhere. But of course the opposite is also true. I might miss the timing and in fact miss the first kill completely, which kinda lets them to push a bit further without me getting info how many have already traversed to tetris etc. But yeah, it's definitely hard for me to understand which are actual mistakes and which are "ok to do, if you like to play like that". I would definitely love to hear more opinions from you, pienix and others about this... I only stay still when I'm holding off-angles or when I'm having some sort of feeling that I've the edge, because I feel like that gives me enough time to actually hold it without constantly trying to make my player model harder to hit.
