    What can we conclude from this hypothesis results using both Beta Value and Pearson Correlation? Below are the values for each variables : 1) there is a positive relationship between salary and employee retention. Beta Value : -.0379 and Pearson Correlation value : -0.289 2) there is a positive relationship between communication and employee retention. Beta Value: -0.159 and Pearson Correlation: 0.110 3) there is a no positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee retention. Beta Value: -0.115 and Pearson Correlation: -0.136
