I'm not sure which is scarier, the fact that Dwight thinks and acts the way he does, or the fact that Jim can knows EXACTLY how Dwight thinks and how he will respond to certain things.

I think Jim scaring Dwight after the meadow thing and the Holy Grail were probably his best pranks. Also his scaring Dwight and Erin in the hotel

Best prank we didn’t actually see. It was clever of them to show the bag of nickels in the vending machine scene; if you saw the complaint form about the handset, you knew that those were likely the same nickels used in the handset prank.

There is no way Jim would have been able to move Dwight's real desk without help. So that's at least one instance where Jim had the assistance of at least one other person in order to set up a prank.

It's not that difficult to move a desk. Give him an hour after everyone else has left the office, and it can be easily done. What's not so easy is getting all the electrical, phone, and ethernet lines hooked up in the restroom. Not impossible, but a tall order.

It's absolutely one of the best pranks - maybe the best. Jim gets outsmarted (rarely happens) and the 'prank' ends with Pam getting a gift and - arguably - even Jim, the subject of the prank, comes out ahead because Pam's happy with him.

Jim and Dwight were trying to get each other in trouble and disqualify him from a year-end bonus. Dwight had tried to get everyone to think it was Jim who put a porcupine in his desk drawer.

I’ve worked in corporate for 20 years and ai have seen tone down versions of all office characters except for Jim. Someone like him would be extremely obnoxious and not considered cool by any stretch of the imagination.
