A few games whose soundtracks I would encourage people to listen to are the La-Mulana games and Library of Ruina

I cannot agree more. I loved Lobotomy Corporation, and when I heard the First and Second Trumpet themes in LoR....WHEW And both La-Mulana OSTs are just incredible and possibly one of my favorite OSTs ever.

Fuuuuri! Oh my goodness do I jam out to Furi's ost to bring up the mood; a combo of a buncha synthwave artists making some total bangers. With Danger then doing the ost for Haven. Both game's osts are worth a listen over.

Partial to FFXI's soundtracks. Literally perfect background music to anything can be found in there, since they kept adding more for 20 years. Then again it might be stockholm syndrome from my 2.5 years of playtime. Memoria de la Stona finally in voiced form, was the reward for beating an entire expansion, as the material rewards stopped several missions before the end. It was worth it.

Katana zero is great, can't wait for the DLC. Brutal orchestra has a great ost and is a consistent overlooked in general too, imo

Literally every Koei Musou/Warriors game falls under this, those soundtracks are rockin'.

Nice video! I just got the same idea for a video and wanted to check if anyone else had done it. U have some great picks on here :)

One game's soundtrack that is really underrated is from Battleship: Surface Thunder. That game does not deserve its soundtrack.

Yeah I listen to them both as well, I just chose x over two because I more people have played two, so it’s a bit less underrated
