UnderØath as a band is really human. Not only did they have the relatable image, especially with the Christian audience, but also the way their music developed and the band developed is human. I love that kind of dynamic.
Moral of the story: Aaron is an absolute madman on the drums. I would literally listen to an entire album that's just him drumming over synths.

Holy shit, watching Aaron on the drums play PERFECTLY to that metronome was incredible.
it's really cool to hear Spencer talk about how its nice to reflect back on his past, and how this is his break up record with drugs. i just wanted to say, Underoath's music, (Specifically lost in the sound of separation,) literally got me through my addiction i listened to it going to sleep almost every night the last year of my addiction. thank you for making all of the music you've made. i really think it saved my life. i am now 3 years clean and working on rebuilding my life. Can't wait to hear the next album you guys put out!
It’s haunting to watch this again… and realize James, and Grant are pretty expendable… and James is now gone.
I love the cinematography from Dan Newman. One of my inspirations.

I have always adored Tim's energy, he gets so into and hypes me up so much. He reminds me of me because he's somewhat quiet and reserved but when he's into something he's fully in it and enjoying it effusively.

It’s an amazing, one-of-a-kind experience that you get from these guys getting to see how basically every record of theirs was made as there really is a documentary on their channel of some length on at least the past four or five albums that they’ve made which really helps you get a headspace of how they build records as band, as a friends group, especially over the timeline from at least the first record that HAS a documentary. (I know things clicked more once Dallas left and things went in a bit of a different direction, but I even appreciate the Dallas years and those albums too ❤️) - It’s encouraging and inspiring.
We recorded there! Best studio best engineer! And best band

Define the Great Line
I mean when I say that this on my teeth is one of my all time favorite songs rn, there's hasn't been one day where I'm not blasting this song at least a couple times!🤘
I love to see them just being themselves and getting along, being in a band is really hard. I personally love their stuff from DTGL era but I'm down with 100% of what they said about being real to the moment and everyone's perspective in the band. Hopefully they continue to make epic chaotic sonic melodic oriented material in the future. Cheers from BRA.

My God... What a truly enjoyable documentary to watch
Underoath has always been my favorite band. DTGL is my favorite album of all time. Above everything I listen to. TOSC & LITSOS had something on them, too, that were simply incomparable. Honestly, this album wasn’t my favorite, as it lacked a very specific “Underoath” sound that the 3 I mentioned carried, HOWEVER... this documentary really gave me an appreciation for this album and why it sounded the way it did. Super cool. Keep it coming, fellas.

"if you're not stirring the pot, what have you done? everyone's happy when you release it and they forget about it a month later" except I forgot about Erase Me within a few days, even after seeing Underoath live for the first time shortly before it's release, yet DtGL has stuck with me since it's release&is one of my all-time favorite albums because it was ahead of it's time&so well-written not the best logic in the context of UO's "sound" Spencer
