Nice. Quick and to the point. Also really like that you did not take the first 5 min asking me to take a minute to hit subscribe. Cool.

That duck under from the opponent holding the wrist is legit, my coach always preached that because the opponent holding the wrist gives them the illusion that they have control. But if you have you're had on the side of the underhook your chances of a take down are much greater. Also I've never seen anyone show this but my hs coach, but I hit a close range highcrotch from underhook all day if his leg is back trying to avoid the snatch single

Steve 4321 That’s a great idea! I’m in the middle of a video project that will have a think about 80 wrestling videos by the time it’s done. Hopefully in two or maybe three weeks. Once that’s done I want to start doing some videos on requests. That’s a great one I’m gonna put it down and work on that.

Steve 4321 ok, here’s the video you requested. I was originally going to keep it simple and short with 2 variations, but after your request I added a lot more: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lqhpyrN6haStntY.html

Thats a really good series, I hit a decent throw from an underhook (not a lat drop, chest block, etc.) it was kind of like a head and arm and it worked out well, i honestly was down by two with thirty seconds left and the ref wouldnt call stalling, i had already taken plenty of shots in the match that were unsuccessful so i just went with it i had no idea it was a move.

brilliant videos; love that arm drag at the end although if you hit that duck-under, if he doesnt let go of the wrist, say he has a superhard grip, what then?

John O'Regan If his grip is that crazy, Instead of using the duck under. Knee him in the wrist. Pull your captured hand at towards where your knee is coming from to add force. You'll break his grip and then you have an opportunity to shoot (take a penetration step (heel toe knee) between the legs of your opponent as the knee comes down with the leg you used to hit the wrist. You can throw the Knee upward at the wrist, straight at the wrist, or from above the wrist, coming down on it. Hope you are able to picture what I'm talking about. And hope I was helpful.

turk _ Excellent response to John's question. That is very effective and can be followed up immediately with various leg attacks.

+Stephen Jackson Great question! Here's a possible solution for when someone Whizzers your Underhook from U.S. Wrestling Legend Gold Medalist Bruce Baumgartner - kzread.info/dash/bejne/h5psuJiIcsXbmbA.html. Start about 34 seconds into the clip where he shares a trick that he used to use against Kurt Angle. Enjoy!

I originally made this video several years ago with the focus on folkstyle. However, this series is equally effective for freestyle.
