It’s Papy

Canonically, horrortale happens after Undertale's Exiled Queen ending, in which toriel became queen, but undyne and the monsters forced her into the ruins. The core shut down, and with Alphys's instructions, undyne ripped out sans's eye, shattering his skull, while he impaled HER eye, making her unable to use green magic ever again. But he didnt die. Sans's magic eye keeps him alive, providing him with an unlimited ammount of magic to stay alive, and he took a dead monster's eye, giving himself his red eye. Hes vicious, hes violent, he has very, very violent mood swings, and slkght amnesia, as he no longer remembees frisk, whos the reason why this happened in the first place, seeing as how they never reset after the neutral route. A spinoff of horrortale was later made, called Axetale, which is kuch, much more violenf, and much, much bloodier This was shown in the horrortale official comic on deviantart

@@soapysoda3605 horror kills for a variety of reasons. Hes extremely volatile and bipolar in terms of personality, not always for food for papyrus.
