can someone explain to me the offside rule in football, i understand that if your offensive player is behind the last defender that player can now not touch the ball if passed to him. but it`s the other technicalities of the rule that i need to be told

You could really do with a holding cdm someone who won’t get a mention but is there to win headers and make simple passes, like Fernandinho just to reduce some of the goals conceded (I know it’s only 1 in this game but cdm could have stopped it)

fortune emokpae it’s better if Manny starts at CDM because he’s more agile and technically a lot faster than Tolu Tolu is also one footed so it’s harder for him

Idk if he has the same pace and physical presence in the box as Thomas (hes still v strong), his ability to act as the Second Striker is really really good. Wouldnt be surprised if we see them thriving with a 2 up top of Drew as Thomas' Second Striker
