20 is right yeah? He has 5 running cylinders 100 ÷5 =20 so a 20% increase if he adds another cyl.

I've had other Australians tell me builds like this are impossible for that cheap, glad to see you just get it done. Very similar to the setups we all ran in the $500 turbo car challenge I did with some friends. Your oil drain is almost as jank as mine on the SR20 where I fed it back into the dipstick tube! Hahaha. Fun video man. Straight to the point.

Good vid mate.. I did the same on my bf 5 years ago but under bonnet and exhaust.. Used a roto master turbo and a fuel pressure controller..no computer mods.. Went ok.. Foung it proper now..from nz..

You can and I have done this on a lj torrie mate note to hard have made 300 hp of a pretty cheap build use a stock manny and you can bolt to it with some pipes and a webber easy power I also ran twin su carbs one out each head light looked sick mate you can do anything with a bit of know how

Horrendous miss fire on at least one cylinder, sort that out and fit a 12:1 rising rate fuel pressure regulator as it will most definitely melt down if you don't. Be better off fitting a j pipe and placing the exhaust manifold back to how it was.

You remind me of bush MECANICS and true too it works I've had a hole in my radiator and put a raw egg in my rad to get me home Ozzy bush MECANICS works all the time

Love budget blasters. Constructive criticism : stock ecu will go into limp mode after 25% power difference from stock, j3 chip or (IMO way better option) a modified 808 delco from delcohacking.net and a LSU 4(wideband o2) or whatever they r of a vz/ve/vf from the wreckers. Probably need to change a couple sensors to digital or analog (just use ones off a VN snotter ), uve already got knock sensor the delco comes with knock filter board and flashable nvram chip. Use CAS and coilpacks off a au, hook it all up, interface via USB to ur delco with a lappy, the site has allready got bin/cal/xdf/adf files ready to go 4 a 4L, them to write the custom tune just set target AFR ratio and let the o2 and knock sensor do the rest. It will literally tune itself , then u can either clear a v6 memcal with a UV eraser and write it with a Willem programmer or just flash it all onto the nvram. Ur looking about another $500 all up but the power increase will be more then what u got from stock to turbo mod. U don't need to know shit about tuning to accomplish all this, although if u overfuel certain cells I'm the fueling table and retard the spark in the same ignition cells u can force some all mighty flames out the exhaust 'on command' . has a force map A/ map B function too so can set a tame and wild tune on the same chip.

Yes it is cos you can't flip the exhaust manifold cos the exhaust ports are offset the the bolt holes so half of each exhaust port is open

Screamer pipe, so you dont melt your window lol

I would say only 3 maybe 4 cylinders are firing, get them all working and it should be awsome 👍

Never heard a sohc falcon with no exhaust then

the exhaust ports don't line up properly when you flip the manifold i went to do it on mine with extractors and turbo right out of the bonnet but most of the ports are miss aligned by 50% ish and will make less power than stock

Should be a Barra twin cam engine as they were purpose built to take turbos

You can’t flip the exhaust manifold on a el/ef coz it leaks on every exhaust port on the head
