I absolutely LOVE the fact that you left a little bit of leave out (even though this is a lace front) because that makes the wig look incredibly natural. It looks like all of that hair is growing from your scalp. I often wonder why women wear their wigs so far down on their foreheads (near their eyebrows) because it looks so unnatural that way. You style your wigs the same way I do mine, which is why I always get compliments. People often think my wigs are my actual hair and yours look the same way too. Kudos to you! Great job on how you style them. 🙂

Honey you're late to the party! Jode has been out for awhile, suppliers sold out a couple of times up to now. Just like the Neesha 201 from Outre, hard to find because they've been sold out a couple of times also. I have both: Jode and Neesha. Love them!

I really don’t wear lace fronts but I thought you’re supposed to cut the lace after you put it on? If you’re doing leave out you might as well do a half wig or maybe a lace part only. But the way you’re doing that wig with the leave out is the same way I wear mine and always have. It looks a lot more natural a lot of times people think it’s my hair. My sister worked in a salon YEARS ago and that’s how they did it in the salon.

Sis, did you wash this hair prior to wearing? I tried it but the texture on mine felt so rough. I tried finger combing the curls and it sounded and felt like Velcro. I'm trying to make it work because it received so many great reviews. I'm wondering if maybe I got a dud?

Yes. All hair is washed before I put it on my head and wear it out. I’ve had this Jode wig for months and never had any issues

@@AliciaGettys ok thanks, I'm going to try and wash it, but I was afraid that because of the texture it would end up being a tangled mess. This feels like straw. Was yours the same before and does washing make it softer?

Hey! Check out my conditioner videos. I didn’t wash it per se. I let it soak in conditioner to remove the film added before packaging. Hope that helps (the conditioner videos are in my crochet braids playlist)
