I absolutely love her use of her vocal instrument. I am addicted to how beautifully and thoughtfully she phrased each note at and around 2:08 (& 5:14). Especially how her note resonated through the whole room at 2:11. Gives me chills.. what a pro!!! Jeanine you're the best!

A Trinidadian sent this recording to my husband. What an exquisite rendering of Carl Maria von Weber. I have attended many operas but Jeanine's voice and her mastery of the subject beats them all as far as enchantment goes. I listen to it frequently.

@@barbarahaimerl9784 I was born and raised in Germany and I am a citizen of Germany. You are the one who does not know how to pronounce, nor speak German. It's a very difficult language and nearly impossible to imitate or learn when you learn it as an adult. You will forever have an accent. but you didn't just have an accent, you were totally off with your pronunciation.

@@vegan-mom Just imagine I was born and raised in Germany too, so no wonder I also own the German citizenship. Furthermore, I believe some Italian and French people are not really fascinated how German opera singers pronounce their language 🤭

Beautiful, but I feel it is too much of an imitation of Gundula Yanowitz. I don’t think any can top her version.
