I was specifically looking for a medidation for Projectors to gently go into a good night's sleep after noticing I was fighting my sleep and just needed to take my ass to bed. I decided to put your meditation on loop and the next thing you know I was waking up just to use the bathroom at around 5am, which is great btw because I'm use to waking up way more frequently. I feel so well-rested! It's noticeable. Thanks so much! I'll be listening again and again.
