Scott.. after much research… and a few 🙏--I went with the Grilla Grills Silverbac Alpha Connect. Like most endeavors, it’s a LOT about a well informed user. Info like yours is good grounding. I found GG’s CS to be very prompt and helpful… and no hard sell at all.
