What baffles me: First she is rude and demanding. Later on, when she finds out there is no one here to help her (not even the law) she starts with arguing courtesy. In what world can you piss on someone, not getting your way, and then nicely ask to do it anyway? But i respect TTA, i would have told her to fuck off and get lost 2 minutes into the debate. But that's why TTA is making the audits and not me, i would have been arrested several times for good reasons ...

This is the most educated I have ever seen from city employees, on any audit video. This warms my heart ❤

Absolutely impressed by the entire staff. Wow! I wish all interactions were like like this. Kudos to them. Officer did great as well.

The library staff is exceptional. It's impressive how even one challenging individual can't dampen the positive spirit of these ladies. It's interesting to note that it's often the employees from third-party contracted companies who may not be well-versed in the rules or etiquette of working in a public space like a library. Great video. We good to go!!

She was so worried about her class that she left them unattended to do this!!! Unbelievable!!

The fact that the library staff said they have been trained on how to deal with public photography shows that first amendment auditors are actually starting to have a real, albeit slow, impact on society. I am thankful for their work. Even cops are starting more and more to show up on scene already knowing the law sometimes, which is something new and refreshing.

She cares so much about the group’s privacy that she chose a room with huge glass windows in a public building typically full of people all day and did not have the where with all to at least slide the doors closed.

In fairness, she may not have had a choice in the room. She seemed to indicate that this was a routine thing that they did at the library and that space may have been assigned to them by the library staff or the items in that room could be tailored more toward their disabilities.

For someone so concerned about protecting “the group” she didn’t even stay in the room with them 😂

I kind of felt sorry for her when she looked so sad and defeated at the end. But then I remembered she would have been happy to see you cuffed and hauled off to jail!

The only examples of intellectual disabilities I witnessed were from the "protector of privacy" who voluntarily got in front of the camera to repeatedly label the entire group negatively while they were all engaged in reading with the teachers who didn't abandon them. Socially, I'd say the group is far too advanced for her to be a student, let alone a teacher/tutor/"protector".

If you can open the door to a public building (not private building like a store, church house, etc.), and there are no restrictions to prevent your entry, then it is open to the public. If that place is open to the public then you are allowed to record there, and any sign saying you cannot record or person telling you not to is not legal.

She sounded even more racist by giving the dispatcher the run-around about race. If she had just said "black" it would have been less of an ordeal. She made it awkward, I was cringing all the way over here on my side of the screen.

Another great audit TTA. Sharon just couldn't get it through her head that anyone in public can be filmed regardless of their desires, including children and the disabled. If you want privacy go somewhere private. Kudos to the library staff and the officer for reaffirming this several times.

The phrases he uses, we gone book up out of here, and we gone hike on up out of here😂😂😂😂. The lady was rude and unprofessional, when the Director told her he was allowed to film, she still wanted to take it up a notch and try to have him removed or possibly arrested. She could have put the library and her company in litigation if the police would have violated his civil rights. The woman is a liability to her company and to the library, if I was the director, she would not be welcome to come back.

Great job from the library personel starting from Ethan; so young and still so professional.Great attitude and professionalism from all of them!

It's HILARIOUS when she said she had to protect the others like she's security. I guarantee she wasn't appointed to do that. The truth will set you free lady.
