i have to deal with the exact same and type of beaver issue.. let me say, a pair of post hole diggers works a lot better!! it grabs, cuts, and pulls soo much easier.. give it a try next time.. i do this every year.. wherw i live.. i will also use a small 5X5 wooded rafter to sit in front of the culvert while i reach down with the diggers too.. but.. the raft is optional..try the long handled post hole diggers..works perfect for me to move all the heavt dirt and rocks and limbs.. ps.. i forgot to add, u make great videos, and i enjoy watching them.. my apologies for forgetting to say that.. keep up the hard work!! cheers from Maine USA
