Is it cheap feeling compared to OEM bracelet (made by Omega)

I think the upgrade to the 3861 down the line is definitely worth it especially cuz you get a better movement and bracelet but not worth the upgrade at these current prices. Give it some time they will be trading a lot lower! In the meantime though I do like the look of this Uncle Seiko bracelet! Nice one Burb 👍

Keep the 1861! Love mine. Prefer it to the 3861 for many reasons

@@burbinghard thanks for the question. So.. here we go: - price (I bought a 2020 version for £3750 compared to £6600 for the new 3861) - dial. Its more grey in colour, less busy with no big step, and the outer seconds track has more hash marks which makes it look like a solid band and it just blends in. Overall - a less busy clean looking dial and the charcoal grey is a lovely colour - movement and watch actually used in space for decades (if that matters) - I didn't like new bracelet- it pulls hair. For me anyway - Big box has a lot of extras - I wear mine on leather straps so it wears really well, even though the new watch is a little smaller - I know people talk about accuracy, but I like the non hacking movement. Just set to the nearest minute and forget. Less stressing over being dead on time. And mine has been running +1 second per day anyway Overall, I just prefer the older watch to be honest. Oh yes, and I love the old lug design Hope this helps. You thinking of getting one?

Thanks for the video! I pretty like it ... but the inside of the buckle doesn't looks very quality isn't? What do you think about the Forstner?

Beads of Rice is the best one from Uncle Seiko. All the others with the pressed metal clasps feel cheap and crunchy. The clasp will stab at the finger when trying to open it. The female part of the end link is sharp. Overal feels like play jewelry for the looks.

Thinking of putting this on my new Tudor Black Bay GMT. Was thinking of initially putting it on a Uncle Seiko jubilee but I quickly changed my mind after seeing your review, the bracelet just didn't seem all that great in my opinion and for $129+ tax I couldn't justify the quality. However, this strap is much, much more appealing. Anyone else have this on a Tudor GMT?

Looks like I made the right decision and bought this same 1450 US bracelet for my 1861. Thanks for the video! Curious, how are you liking it now that you've spent enough time with it?

I haven’t changed it back to the OEM Omega bracelet. It definitely feels more like a vintage watch now, which I think works for the Speedmaster. In the summer I start wearing it on a leather rally strap.

Yes it’s more expensive but get the 3861 bracelet. It’s worth it

This one is made by Horofix. It’s a cheaper alternative to the Bergeon 7825.
