@@macanaeh I feel like because of the way they kidnap Arthur, as well as the fact that Colm seems to move as much, if not more, than Dutch and his gang makes this more complex, meaning they probably would have taken a good while to find him even if they had been looking, and also Arthur isn't gone for too long, and outlaws aren't really bound to a code of ethics, so they may have thought he simply got distracted or had to run, for whatever reason.

so anyone can do this in the game too? awesome
This is why I love antagonizing Dutch any time I am in camp. Not only is it funny, it's absolutely cute, in an angry and chaotic chihuahua sort of way.

Big ol' Dutch Van Der Linde
I love how Uncle takes death threats from members of his gang with a grain of salt. 😂

He knows he's in a prequel and he's exploiting every single drop of that.
I fucking love foreshadowing in this game
Uncle has more common sense than he lets on
The fact this isnt an actual cinemátic, but still looks like one, talks about how they took care of details in this game
That laugh is what you hear seconds from being unalived
This is almost like a conversation between crazy people
Uncle the champ of defusing situations that couldve gone really really badly
For someone with "Lumbago" he is wise in perception
Its these little moments where you realize dutch hated being called out on his bs
Dutch showed mercy because he knew, sooner than later, that lumbago would catch up to Uncle
Uncle is one of the most intelligent characters in the gang.
That look In Dutch's eyes gave me shivers😅
From start to finish of the game we could see Dutch slowly change as a person. He let stress get to himself and to take over his used to be charming self. The game is really well written and acted.
Never did I understand Dutch's real desires until now. Uncle puts it too well
Uncle is so good at playing dumb as hell while being really smart and analytical. He sees through people really well.
Dutch lost 20% sanity with that laugh 💀
I like the way Dutch is standing there. Its like he was on the other side of camp minding his own business reading a book or smth and as soon as he hears criticism he teleports to the source of ridicule. Honestly really speaks to his thinly veiled insecurity. Its why blocking is also good for conveying character dynamics.
Bruh was given lumbago as a nerf, otherwise he'll be too powerful to roam around us mortals.
Bro the way dutch slowly looked at the camera
Hosea and uncle have been my favorites since day one
Uncle stuck around for as long as he saw some hope, when Dutch changed and started becoming mad instead of an idealist, that's when Uncle left. Dutch being an idealist and hopeful man was what kept Uncle around.
he looks like rdr1 dutch there, probably intentional to show him going insane

Ikr that's crazy 😮
I fuckin love when the camp conversations get edited to be almost like an in game cutscene
Lumbago discovered that Dutch always has a plan
Uncle is lazy, but he got streetsmarts and the wisdom of the old.
“Put me out of my majesty your misery”😂
Dutch was seething so hard lmao
"Put me out of my majesty, Your misery"💀💀

Really good line
This reminds me of the conversation between Shane and Dale in The Walking Dead season 2
Did nobody else get goose bumps when Dutch said that?
This is a camp random encounter but the way you edited it makes it look like a real cutscene and you nailed it
I honestly think Dutch did want to kill him there and if it was endgame Dutch he definitely would’ve.

Nah. Uncle would’ve done him “One Shot kid” style. Even with lumbago’s crippling hold on him

@@daughtermedicine123 that’s a massive fallacy.
This right camp convo here proves how detailed rdr2 is from Dutch’s annoyed laugh that someone can see right through him to his suppressed facial expressions that he wants to kill uncle so badly but can’t this game is truly a masterpiece
Nobody talking about the cinematic angles in this. Someday should make an rdr movie with that skill
Never saw this interaction. And now I feel I missed a big part of the game.

There’s a lot of hints about Dutch always having that evil side to him, his gang may be a nice one but his life purpose is still to perpetually kill and stay on the run w a gang of loyal dogs to do his dirty work
This ain't even a scene, this something you could see in camp, but THIS got it like it is a scene! Put together well 🎯💯😎🤠
