The guy who plays Rafe and did motion capture for him is 178 cm tall according to imdb.com, which means that Rafe is average size for a white man. Sully and Sam are both around 190 cm tall, Nathan is a bit shorter but still tall. So yeah, Rafe is not short, the others three are tall

He isn't actually. The actors who did his motion capture is 1.78 meter high, so 5'10, which is around the average height for european men. It's just that Sully and Sam are around 190cm (6'3) tall, and Nathan is around 187 cm (6'2), so above average. It makes Rafe seems short, but he really isn't

Changing the companion is relatively easy. Changing any other npc seems to be really hit or miss.

This is being done on a secondary ps4 that I bought on a lower firmware. No risk of getting banned because it's never been online and isn't even linked to psn.

In order to do this kind of modifications, you have to be on 4.05 at the moment, so you would not be able to go online

I got another ps4 specifically for messing around with. Unless you kept your ps4 on an older firmware for modding it, your gonna have to get one that hasn't been updated.
