These are all English speaking countries, so by inference you also communicate in English regularly. Therefore the excuse of "its not my spoken language" is not applicable, and frankly lowers my opinion of you further. Why are people mad that he didn't release the video yet? I know some of us need motivation but being mad at him just means that you're making excuses to not get work done. You should be able to work your ass of without these motivational videos, motivation will only get you started, it's determination that will make you finish.
