hi! i eat lots of things!!! it just so happens that on days we film i always seem to end up eating sweet potatoes lol ... and to be fair i love them - all the kinds (japanese and purple are my faves). also to be fair i am the kind of person who can eat the same thing daily and not get sick of it, so working on variety has been a thing for me. yet my diet is not just purple potatoes. i have them about 1or 2 times a week. i have salads, all the vegetables, greek yogurt, fruit, protein shakes, ground turkey, chicken, fish, pizza, peanut butter, ice cream, kimchi .. and my list goes on and on!
