Sounds like the Puma Ultra’s would be a solid option for you, they should fit well and help you feel light on your feet :)

I have these but the problem is my coach says that the is the wide and thick layer that cover my ankle, he says that it might lead to my ankle twisting so is there any solution pls tell

In terms of speed boots the Ultra’s from Puma are most likely to be comfortable when compared to other speed boots like Mercuials, Speedportals or Furons. But if your wife footed the Puma Futures maybe more suitable :)

Are these light weighted

Hi! Yeah these are pretty light weight but that means there isn't much padding!
