Just like mine, I see that on your box it says 800w, although the description everywhere is 1000w maximum. How come? What is the true value?

hi! is it normal the wheel to have clearance around the ball where it engages? i bought mine last week and this concerns me

@@ioannidesalex Thanks for the reply. I am afraid it's not normal as I just went to the warranty service center and it shouldn't be like that. the problem is not serious and it should just be tightened (by them), but seems some models just have this issue

I have question, when you start do you need to Push away and press Gas, or just press Gas

Does the motor create a sound in the rear wheel when the scooter is off and is being pushed? It’s like some friction in there too. Is this normal?

Brother i need help i installed Mi Home and connected to the scooter and i don t have the cruise control setting in the app, and the scooter doesen’t activate himself the cruise control

This scooter doesn't have anymore the cruise control due to safety reasons. And my opinion is that you should use cruise control.
Where can I buy the charger for it? I search everywhere on Amazon, but I just don’t find it. I already ordered three, but no one fits for it.

Este scooter viene sin el control de la velocidad de crucero con lo cual en distancias largas se hace muy incómodo llevar siempre pulsado el acelerador. Alguien sabe como activarlo?

Is it possible to change country from the application to travel at 25km/h?

Try ti reset the scooter and remove it from the application. Then uninstall the application and install again with region Greece. Good luck my friend

Irmão eu estou no Brasil. Comprei xiaomi pro4 segunda geração é o mesmo do vídeo. Ele atinge 25kmh mas eu também queria desbloquear para mais velocidade. Aqui é permitido até 32kmh .. O vendedor do patinete falou que dá para aumentar a velocidade sim mas q iria diminuir a autoestima distância.... Faz 19 dias q comprei vou espera acabar a garantia e vou na loja perguntar para ele. Porq na Internet não achei ninguém q explicando sobre...

5:30 To avoid any electric damage. You have to put the plug on the scooter first. And unplug from the wall first when it's finished charging

@@ioannidesalex Yes I've bought & used different brands, this is sometimes indicated in the user manual especially on older or cheaper products w/ less electric protection. I mean as mentioned in your description Xiaomi is using the BMS chip (= Battery system management) wich can protect the charger and battery. But still the best way to charge electric scooters in general. Thanx to you for the video

@cek290 hmmmm very clever question. I didn't try this . Can you please reset the scooter and and remove it from the app ? Then create a new account at the xiaomi app with location Greece. And then add the scooter to the app like you just bought it!
