Thanks for the tip, using a Rode SmartLav Mic at the moment but been thinking about getting a directional mic if you have any recommendations. I have just bought a ring light as well, but I'm not convinced it makes that much difference besides adding more reflections. Probably need to get a better one or some other lights.
