In this video, I’m excited to share my first impressions of the Korg Wavestate Module. As a huge fan of the Korg Modwave, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this new synth. Join me as I unbox the Wavestate Module, update its firmware, and connect it to a Korg Keystep to explore the new MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and polyphonic aftertouch features.

I love it so far. I have a sound set out this week and another in the works.
One more thing. I downloaded sound pack from your website, Akai AX73 but I don't know why, when I turn off Wavestate and turn back on again all multisamples are gone. I tried to find a solution online but no luck. Maybe you could help please. Thanks

That's a strange one, have you tried other sample files?

@@IanDixonTDL yes I tried and I think I ran out of RAM memory. According to specs, this synth has only 50MB of sample memory so if I transfer three or four packs with multisamples that will happend. It should be an option in software or hardware to check available memory

@@MrSimonjan78 Sample Builder shows the memory used by samples. If it exceeds 50 Mo it is written in red and you won't be able to transfer samples, you will have to remove the unused ones or select the most important to keep it up below 50 Mo.

mind me asking...? what's that mic you got there nest to the keyboard? lovely vid, I've played around with this one, it's pretty impressive

I am shocked that module same price as keyboard??? Looks like you get 120 voice on Module though for Wavestate .

I think that's the economics of scale. The mkIi keyboard also is 120 voices
