I'm so happy to receive a high quality brand of grow light from Spider Farmer. I hope I see what difference high quality Led's will make to the development of my test subjects...I'll also put my other seedlings under it too. I love the length as its perfect for my setups 🥳🥳🥳😁😁😁

Great video, I recently bought 3x spider farmer sf600. Didn't unbox them yet, because i was afraid i wouldn't understand a thing about it 😨😱. Thanks to your video i can unbox them. I have a little question. I see you have plenty of cacti under the growlight. Are they always under the growlight? I like to put mine under the grow light but i got the advise from where i bought them, to put them in a south facing window, that's why i was so happy to see you have yours under the growlights. How much space must there be between the growlight and the cacti, so they wouldn't burn. Can you give me some tips about this. awesome video. So happy now, i know now how to assemble those lights, and have cacti under them. Love from Belgium. 🤩😍

Hello to you 😊 My Cactus Plants on my grow racks are always under Grow lights because I have all my cactus growing inside the home permanently. I don't have any direct South facing windows unfortunately, so grow lights are a must for me all year round. Yes, you can successfully grow cactus in South facing windows and without supplemental lighting, if you're lucky to have that aspect. But turn your cactus to ensure even growth, but if in bud leave them until flowering finishes so you don't disrupt there blooming. The SF600 is the next model up from the SF300 so it's longer in length with more LED's. When you unbox the lights there is a manual/user guide and it's got the basic information you need. Basically at the moment I have my grow light above cactus seedlings and it's about between 30cm to 45cm above them. But if it's your first time using a high quality grow light, then start off hanging it a bit higher so your plants can adjust, depending on your available space or individual set up. Check your plants everyday and look out for signs of stress ( any redness on cactus skin, is cactus turning yellow, are they wrinkling, check the top for signs of scorching etc) just incase cactus don't like the lights too close. Gradually move lights closer/ further to the cactus, but in any case you shouldn't need the SF600 positioned any closer than 30cm I shouldn't imagine, but it can be as close as 15cm. But with such a high quality grow light with quality LED'S, I don't think it would be needed that close. Obviously seedlings are sensitive but mature cactus ate more tolerant. Just play around and have fun. It's very light weight and so easy to set up. Happy growing.🌵🙂
