A lot of great 🗡️projects.👍
I love the Camillus made Remingtons . Every one that I have inspected were well made. One of the most interesting sets of the Camillus / Remington era was a set of what they called red bone… but the colors reminded me more of the Fire King coffee, cups that my mom gave us ( and oldest daughter claimed ) .
Hope you are well Kevin. I get the feeling you are not firing on all cylinders. You do so much. Don’t burn yourself out buddy.
Nice stuff today. Is it a coincidence that you got a box of stag yesterday and knives that need scales today🧐

Hi, Mr Kevin! "ESKISLST..." - it`s the ESKILSTUNA, second famous town of knifemakers after Mora in Sweden. So it`s sweden knife, but i guess that also need to be a makers mark of master on it.

I have a feeling the screw on the scissors of Swiss will loosen up again. I have the same thing going on with one of my Victorinox. I'm thinking about trying threadlock but hope you have a better idea for me. Love your channel and thanks for the education.
Man, the Remington folder is beautiful. The Mora classic is nice too. Mora is my favorite outdoors bumming knife. Keep the videos coming. Also, I noticed Bucky is looking a little thin. You feeding him regularly? Take care of yourself. God's peace to you and your family.

Outstanding gifts ‼️👍🎁🏆
Hello Kevin! Say them knives with pictures on them could be made by the ! Morris Cutlery company Morris Illinois just 15 minutes from me look them up. They where known for cellulose knife handles with pictures in them I have a few sense I use to live in Morris Illinois. They usually have Morris Cutlery CO. On one blade and Morris Illinois on the other blade but sense they made them from the 1890's to 1940's they could be worn off.

I have a gerber display case you might be interested in. It’s made of plexiglass with a metal frame and has two doors and has a big gerber sign on top and it spins around. It’s 20”x20” x 30” tall . It’s a 360 view case . Looks likes what Oakley sunglasses case looks like . It’s a counter top model. I’m in Monroe NC

I just picked up a Kingston knife almost identical to that one you show after the forest master. Its like brand new shape i just got it yesterday at a second hand store for $7.50 probably over paid for it but had to save it.

Hey Doc, How ya doin'? Good I hope. I have a question. I have a Schrade barlow scrimshaw that the pivot is really loose on and I have been trying to figure out a way to tighten it up without damaging the bolster which is made to look like engraved silver, any thought or suggestions?
@theknifedoctor
17 күн бұрын
The only way is to tap that pin on the bolster. You could get a small punch and tap it that way. Just be careful.

That knife that has a photo under the scales reminds me of a knife my grandfather had that had a "GIRLIE" picture under the see thru scales, lots of skin was showing on the lady!!! My Grandmother found it and took it away from my Grandfather and she hid it in one of her purses and my dad later got it from as my Grandmother had passed away and my Grandfather found it going thru her stuff and told my dad the story and he got from my Grandfather and I ended up with it , not sure where it is but you could see the picture of the woman still, it was pretty cool and kind of a funny story I could imagine my 4'11" grandmother getting after my 6'1" grandad about this , she probably cut him off from any lovin' for several weeks I can only imagine
