Hi there, Thanks for watching my video. If one of the antennas on your MTN 4G MiFi gets damaged, it will affect the signal strength and range of the device. This means that you may experience slower speeds or dropped connections. If the antenna is only slightly damaged, you may be able to fix it by adjusting it or by using a piece of tape to secure it in place. However, if the antenna is completely broken, you will need to replace it. You can purchase replacement antennas for most MTN 4G MiFi devices online or at a electronics store. Once you have the replacement antenna, you can follow the instructions in the device's manual to install it.

@@miraclebrown233 Did you Activate the Sim card at the MTN office, If you did so you can check your data using *131*4# or by using myMTN app, then link the number to your line to the app, so you can be able to check balance and also buy data bundles for the router.

Mine changes to red when it's low then blue when it's charging.what I'm asking is "what color of light does it show when it's fully charged". After charging mine for some hours the charging status indicator went off so I assumed it's full.

Hi there, Thanks for your question. Here are the steps on how to activate your free 30GB data on your MTN Router: Insert the newly registered SIM into the MiFi device and power it on. You will get free 30GB data with notifications informing you of the SIM registration. If you do not receive the free 30GB data after inserting the SIM into the MiFi, send 'Activate' to 312 via SMS. You can also activate your free data by following these steps: Dial *312*500# from your linked line. Select the option to activate your free data. Enter your MTN ID and PIN. Your free 30GB data will be activated and will be valid for 30 days. I hope this helps!
