That is a canner. You use the pressure cooker to can food, something that is done in a lot of families like mine that come from a long heritage of grandparents that can food and grow gardens.

in my view, that one from the palette could just be cleaned, dried and repacked. I'd buy it if I didn't already have a pressure canner/cooker.

Referring to the fraud return, Amazon doesn’t care what box if any that you return it in. Chances are someone threw it in a different box because they threw away the original one. Just thought I’d share. I’m enjoying your videos!

Sometimes I return things in the wrong box if their initial box was ruined. I would take the canner any day. Please don't toss it. Great video guys. From what I understand, it is sometimes placed when the risk is low or non-existent too, to remain in compliance with the CA safety regulations...Either way, when I see that in stores I usually just avoid. better safe than sorry?
