It was definitely the biggest one yet Morten, I was shocked that it contained what looked like a novel lol. Everything you wanted to know but som much more. I do hard when CDs overlap in storage, it is not user friendly. Mine came in on Saturday.

Hefty is the operative word 😊 Yes, overlaps like these worry me, I’ve had discs fly half way across the room not to mention when I do what I ended up doing here, slightly breaking the tray 🙄 Hope you enjoy yours, I had never heard this era of the band and was very pleased!

Haven't bought mine yet - but this is by far the biggest of them. Looks great.

Thank you! Probably because I don’t show my punim 😄 Nah, yeah but getting it out there almost the day the thing dropped probably helped. Just look at my Blondie Super Deluxe box video, it’s got heaps of views. But there are videos that refute that, so… By the way, really enjoyed your friday night sunday morning video. I agree totally as far as the Flash goes. I was basically told by tje entire interweb not to see it but there you go. I did agree on the effects being sort of ropey.

I'm missing 5 of the box sets, Aqualung, Stand Up, A Passion Play, War Child and Minstrel in the Gallery. Hopefully they get a repress for the 10th anniversary like Thick as a Brick did.

I really hope so. I know it’s not the end of it all, but the way I function, or don’t function (😂) every time I look over at a collection like this it is as if I do so with one annoying grain of sand in my eye until I can get things completed! Hey, I just bought Aqualung at a very humane price via amazon UK (Rarewaves who haven’t sold me anything crap so far). It was announced on Super Deluxe Editions site.

We don't need three versions of audio on DVD. Also, DVD is an outdated format at this point. A single Blu-ray would have been enough.

Nice Morten! I just got mine yesterday, but had not opened it until this morning. I was having trouble getting out the disc, so I went online to find another unboxing, and I saw you had the same trouble as me. When I saw you remove the top disc from the back portion of the book, I could see you have to slide it down and lift. Very strange! This may be the most impressive set yet. Can't wait to dig into it! Enjoy!

Thank you! The pathetic part is I have done this before but long ago aaaand, not CDs but from a blu-ray film box set! Now THIS is a cornucopia of goodies! Love all the stuff! And a live show DVD too! I couldn’t have been happier unless the record also came with a blu-ray. I mean, it’s not 2003 anymore, is it? 😂 Thank you for watching and commenting Steve 😊

I got two copies and already broke the plastic tabs as I tried removing a disc. The package is beautiful and sounds wonderful but the way the CDs are secured are a BEAST! Pardon the pun.

Got all of these except Aqualung, as I have the original box with vinyl, first album I ever brought. Almost the last one of these I'll be having as Under Wraps is awful. Will get Crest of a Knave and that's it, as later albums while not as bad as Under Wraps, are still not that good. So for me it's nearly over. Best albums for me personally are, Stand Up, Benefit, Aqualung, Thick as a Brick, A Passion Play, Warchild, Minstrel in the Gallery, Songs from the Wood, Heavy Horses, Stormwatch. This Was, A, Broadsword are good albums. Too old to Rock n Roll, too Young to Die is OK some good tracks not so keen though. Same with Crest of a Knave. The later albums are all weak to poor but the worst is definitely Under Wraps, that's absolutely awful.

I can get om board with that. I’m discovering JT post 1975 pretty much one album at the time with this series and I have been dreading Under Wraps from everything I hear and read! But do you think perhaps we are done now or will this continue until the very last Chrysalis album 1995’s Roots to Branches? Thank you for watching and commenting 😊

I had not heard it before, I’ve been staying in the safe end of the 60s and 70s so far, but I was please and enjoy it a lot. Still haven’t heard all their albums from the 70s but I’m getting there! Thank you for watching and commenting! -Morten

Way too bloated. Pretty much nothing here hasn't been released already. I love this album, but Wilson's remixes are nothing special and I don't need yet another version of these songs for this kind of money. At $40 I might consider it, but no way at this price point. The best of these boxed sets, and it's not even close, has been "Stormwatch," as that has by far the most new material and live stuff you can't get elsewhere.

Sorry it wasn’t to your liking. I’m very happy with mine, having spent my survey/opinion poll giftcards the price didn’t hurt too bad and here the box actually cost the same as the previous 3 far smaller ones! Adding to that I found a copy of Heavy Horses from a seller localy for 450 NOK couple of days later! (33 UK£). Only 3 missing from my collection.
