My 14k 4MM rope chain was always my favorite size. I liked that size better than 3 and 5MM. And I’ve owned all three sizes. Sold the rope and put it toward a handmade Cuban but the 4MM has a special place with me. Great video!

@@bradleyhamilton7331 it’s not big but that size but it didn’t feel like a nice size to me for that style I’d go 3-4MM on ropes and Franco’s. I’d go 7 to 9MM on Cubans which is my typical daily wear.

Don’t worry about the end part where the chain hooks. I’ve had mine 4mm 22 inch 28.8 grams since September 2020 and there’s not even scratches from the lobster clasp hitting and missing the hook

Not really sure what you have but i know mine is a 4mm rope chain and it weights 29grams, 22” in length and I have tested it for real solid gold.. How long is your chain?

Brother the clasp is still made of metal and it won't wear at the clasp like you're thinking. You don't want a clasp that weighs itself down to the front of your neck.
