Great presentation. I've just to wait for it to reach France now. And then I'll go flying a FW-190 based at my birthtown of Vannes in France. Hell I used to live 10 kms from the base of Meucon in fact (yes it's still existing and active as a civilian one. It's also the home of an association rebuilding old aircraft)

Thanks. The game looks great, it's already on my wishlist. I own Nightfighter Ace, so this new title is a must have for me.

Would like to see the same system with a Vietnam or Arab-Israeli Wars setting.

The game looks fine, but Compass Games needs to stop using thin counter cardboard the thickness of a print and play game. For the cost they should be delivering a much higher quality of materials.

If you want to see crap components at premium price look at Combat! also by Compass, flimsy counters and a map that looks like it's been drawn by a baboon, in crayon.

@@earlofdoncaster5018 Over $100 for that game, too. Compass seems way overpriced to me. I'd buy this game (or Night Fighter Ace) if the price wasn't so high. I'm a huge air wargame fan, too. I've got so much to play now anyway, I really should stop buying new games for a while.

Nightfighter Ace is one of my favorite solo games. I never appreciated the Bf 110 until playing the game nor the Mosquito or British bombers. I developed a high regard for little technology upgrades like better radar and such as well as how a game developer puts it all into a fun game.

@@earlofdoncaster5018 Really shame since its costs here in europe 150e including post, what is it like 165 dollars? This is way too much for that game and those components.

I love compass games but their expensive prize in europe compared to other game companies many times put me off. But i really love this system

Earl of Doncaster snarkiness loses a great amount of its effectiveness when it’s wasted on irrelevancy. Where was a claim made about the end date of the war? It’s completely appropriate for a designer to dictate the scope of his game.

@@rockhopper01 Hardly 'snarkiness', rather a colourful way of asking why the game ends in February 1944.

@@earlofdoncaster5018 Agree it wasn't snarky. Lots of games only cover periods of the war. Look at Wing Leader Victories 1940-1942 box cover for example. Same standards used there.
