Gerry breaks open the first of Wargames Atlantic's Age of Chivalry boxes which has been made in collaboration with Andy Hobday and Paul Hick of Footsore Miniatures & Games for their Barons' War skirmish game. He takes a look over the brand new Foot Knights (1150-1320) box which is packed full of medieval warriors ready to take the field for your wargames.

The new Foot Knights box contains enough parts to make 24 infantry for your medieval warfare whether it's retaking lost land on the Iberian Peninsula, freeing the Holy Land, or just carving out your own piece of Europe, the box contains enough to put together a solid force of nobility onto your tabletop. With options for sword and board (or any other hand weapon you fancy), or a massive two-handed great weapon for cracking open your toughest opponents there is plenty in here for your forces.
Sculpted by Paul Hicks to fit in with his existing range of Barons' War metal figures, this box gives you the opportunity to field larger forces or get into the game in a cheaper more accessible way. The set promises to be customisable with the upcoming releases that will include mounted versions and sergeants-at-arms as well so if you fancy your historic gaming this is the beginning of something greater, and for fans of fantasy who couldn't use some knights on the field?

This box is what I have been waiting for - an amazing time for armour and war gear, with beautiful sculpts, lots of variety, in menacing stances. This makes Barons War a more affordable option.
I've got all the Barons War metals, but not done much with them (being metal). This box would speed things to be honest!
With plastic kits now it's so easy to swap shields and weapons. Having spent many countless times using my Dremel on metal minis, it's np for me really. However, I'm going to pick up those Victrix Medieval Knight. I know they are mounted but that line is looking so damn good. And don't even get me started on those Islamic cavalry coming soon, baby!
I’ve become is big fan of Atlantic , there is an Irish ☘️ clan type set which has 10 war dogs 🐕 in it. Yes 10 war dogs 🐶 well I was impressed. Ow it has like 30 guys in it too lol 😂

Il get a job as a salesman 👨💼 😂 they can be used for all kinds of armies. If you leave off the very Irish ☘️ weapons like the clubs. Sorry I forget what they are called

It's a shame you can only build them between 11:50 and 13:20. An hour and a half is not a lot of build time
Speaking of arms, you've twisted mine - I'm going to give in and get some. Pretty sure the original announcement of these said there would be foot & mounted knights, foot & mounted sergeants, and levy.

Wargames Atlantic needs to shut down their stuff is crap! Been over 5 years and nothing new on the Iron Core Eisenkern troops this place is a rip off!
